Customer care executive who can handle all the inbound customer requests from various channels such as phone, e-mail, chat, WhatsApp etc and address customer requests in a timebound fashion.
The work can be done from home as well as visit to office 1-2 times week.
6 months - 2 years of past experience in customer care/Tele calling/Customer chat/CRM/Enquiry Handling etc is mandatory.
Interest in the travel-related field or mobility services is preferred.
Must be good at writing, communication, basics of selling and updating regular status.
Communication skills, use of CRM, Excel, Basic English, Hindi
